Celebrating 8 Years of Marriage!

On this day, 8 years ago.....I said "I Do" to the most wonderful man in the world, my husband! We have been through happy times, sad times and tough times but one thing remains the same: We are best friends and lovers for life!

I would have to say that this past year has been the BEST one of our marriage thus far and it just keeps getting better.

Thank you God for my husband; a man that has integrity, a desire to live holy and lead our home according to God's word.

Pro-Life vs. Pro-Death

What a coincidence! A few hours after I posted my last post concerning bearing children, I get a call from a lady that is doing a political poll. She asked me if I was "Pro-Choice" or "Pro-Life". What she should really say is am I Pro-Life or Pro-Death! Come on! Either you let the baby live or you kill it.....it's really that simple!

My husband saw a bumper sticker a few months ago and even to this day we haven't forgot it. Here is what it said:

If it isn't a baby, then you aren't pregnant!

What a truth that is! The whole stance on pro-abortionists is that it isn't a living thing yet, that just don't jive with God. Abortion is still MURDER, no matter how pretty you want to paint the picture.

If you didn't want a baby, if it's going to mess up your life then you know what!? KEEP YOUR PANTIES ON GIRLFRIEND!!! ;)

Various thoughts on a Woman's role

The Bible commands us as women to be Keepers at Home:

Titus 2:5

To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

Would you say that a woman who is never home, always about and that lets her home go would be a Keeper at home? Probably not! As women, much of time is to be spent AT HOME! God didn't call us to be out and about all day every day and let our home look like a pig pen and our children be strung from place to place either!

A woman's life calling is at her HOME!! Let's took a look at the priorities here:

1. God
   
2. Family (husband and children)
   
3. Keeping the Home
   

Everything else is AFTER you have taken care of the very best. If you let others swallow up the time for the "very best" then you have let the good become the enemy of the very best as the quote goes! In doing other "good" things, you have forsook the VERY BEST......God, your family and your home.

Have you been so busy for the Kingdom that you don't have time for the King?? Let's step back and evaluate what God really wants in a woman here! If you are NOT putting God first and then NOT putting your family and home over others, then your priorities are in the wrong place.

What did Paul said that the younger women are supposed to do? For starters, marriage......then bearing children and then guiding the house!

1 Timothy 5:14

I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.

What about the children nazi's? LOL The ones who want to make you feel bad because you want to do what God's word says and bear children? Well, what Biblical proof do they have and why are they fighting the scripture? The Bible says we, as younger women are to MARRY....BEAR CHILDREN and GUIDE THE HOUSE; Period! There wasn't a clause in there, saying if you want to. If we say a woman must stay home, we must also include the rest of the verse in that she must marry and bear children. That is what a woman was designed for! We were designed to be mothers and wives.......not diva's and abortionists!

There is a movement going on right now to "save the planet" from waste and the idea behind it is to stop having children. The women say that if you have children you are contributing to the waste of the Earth. HOGWASH! Actually I'm glad these type of women will not be producing any offspring........lol. We don't need others trained with that mindset!

However, as Christians, let's start following the Bible! Do you let your selfishness stop you from doing what God said? "It just isn't convenient for me to have a child" or "I don't have time for children." That's like a slap in God's face! You are basically saying "God, I don't want to be what you designed me to be as a women. I want to do my own thing and I make the decisions here".

I'm so sick of hearing people talk bad about children and how much they don't want them! Enough already! God said in his word that children are a blessing from HIM! You mean you don't want God's blessing?? There's another slap in God's face. Let's look at what God has to say about children:

Psalm 127:3

Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward

Not only are children a heritage of the Lord but they are esteemed highly by God:

Psalm 127:4-5

As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.

Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them.....

WOW! WHODUTHUNKIT? People that have a lot of children are HAPPY God says! He gave us children as a blessing and to make us happy. They are a gift from God!

So the next time you hear someone telling you how they are glad they don't have kids......just tell them you don't view the blessings of God as they do! ;)



*If you are barren and unable to have children, then you can't and I'm not talking about you. However if you defiantly push aside your role, well that's between you and God, but if you are going to say you MUST be a keeper at home, you also must agree with the rest of the verse! I would hate to get Heaven and find out that God had many blessings for me but my own selfishness didn't allow them to come to being. Oh would that others would count what God counts a blessing.......a BLESSING! If you don't want your blessings, give them to someone who does, don't murder them!

I also am not against birth control, as long as it does not kill an actual pregnancy! We are to be wise, in that we don't have children when we can't afford to take care of them and we want to do it when it is God's will. I personally don't use birth control pills because of my personal beliefs about them, but I don't condemn others who use them because of various reasons. I think it comes down to your motive as to why you are using them.

Perfect Day at the Ocean!

I spent the day from morning till around 7pm at Ocean Shores, WA! I've been there many times and I have to say that today was by far the BEST day there! The temperature was hot with a nice breeze and the water wasn't even that cold like it normally is. The sand was very warm and I didn't want to leave. I did a few videos but only share ones without my daughter in them to the public for safety reasons obviously! Here is a short clip from today:

Happy Mother's Day!

Just wanted to wish all my readers that are Mothers, a Happy Mother's Day! ; ) We already celebrated and went out to dinner Saturday because I didn't want to face the crowds on Sunday that's for sure!

I've been pretty busy lately and not really blogged a lot, so I hope to catch up on some things in blogland later this week. I still have to do the Meal Planning posts and I've pretty much cancelled the "How to Dress" videos because of misuse of my video by unknown sources, so I had to take it down.

God Healed Me

I could have posted this a few weeks ago but just now got around to it. I have been without neurological pain and symptoms for 3 weeks now AND I have been able to sleep normally for 2 1/2 weeks! I'm on NO medications but prayed for healing and felt the touch of God and I'm rejoicing in this!

God also touched me of another disease I had since childhood last year on May 5 (2007). The doctors had even rejoiced with me and one cried off and on for an hour while I shared with her my testimony of how God changed my life. My family came up for 3 weeks and they were so overjoyed and it increased their faith as well. I'm still not over that healing lol......but now to add the healing of a liver disease, all these neurological problems and insomnia since I was a child are GONE!!!!!!

I did nothing to deserve this NOR am I deserving. Sometimes I've cried because I know others more deserving but for whatever reason God chose to heal me. Maybe because he knew I would tell others and not be silent! I've shared my healings with so many people in my area and friends and family back home. My husband is still in "shock and awe" about last year's healing because he has been married to me for almost 8 years and watched me suffer and then POOF it was all gone in an instant!

I lived my life in and out hospitals and on medications and it is wonderful to be free from all that at the moment!

All the praise to the Almighty God of Glory!!!!

Oprah's Cult "A New Earth"; Part 3

Oprah's Cult "A New Earth"; Part 2

As I've stated on my sidebar under "Announcements", my blog is NOT up for debate, nor do I accept comments with such. I'm simply stating truths by using the Word of God, which stands and NO ONE can change God or his Word PERIOD!

Oprah used in the introduction for her "classroom" for "A New Earth" discussion, some quotes and I wanted to share those here. She said concerning this book "A New Earth" written by Eckhart Tolle:

"I believe and try to live by what's in this book"

She also went on to say about this book:

"I just knew this was THE BOOK I had to share with the whole world"

The Bible? OH NO not the Bible........the book that she just had to share with the whole world and that she believes and tries to live by is a man-inspired book called "A New Earth". Yet she claims (still) that she is a "Christian" but that can not be so.....a Christian BELIEVES and LIVES by the HOLY BIBLE which is God-inspired! A Christian is a Christ follower and Jesus himself said that he is THE ONLY WAY......so how can you follow Christ, yet say publicly as she did, that Jesus is not the only way?

"A New Earth" is godless, hogwash, psycho-babbling, idolatry and another form of the New Age Religion. So why do people run to this? Let's dig out some scriptures from the Word of the Almighty God:

Isaiah 30:9-11

9 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:

10 Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:

11 Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.

2 Timothy 4:2-4

2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Some people want to be deceived. They want to hear "smooth" things. They want to hear the hogwash that Oprah and Tolle are touting, such as you have no sin, you are holy, etc. We are all born in SIN and we need to be BORN AGAIN to enter Heaven. There is NO OTHER WAY but through Jesus! Being a good person doesn't make you a Christian. Good people go to hell because they did not accept Jesus as their personal Saviour! In the words of Jesus:

John 3:3

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

The Bible exhorts preachers to be "instant in season and out of season". Even when it isn't popular to preach righteousness....preach it anyway! Thanks be unto God, I have found a church in which preachers adhere to the Word of God. I'm not ashamed of my church, my beliefs, my God or the Word of God! Are you?

Let's see what the Word of God has to say about itself:

Jeremiah 23:29

Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

Hebrews 4:12

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

That is what the Bible is supposed to do! It cuts to the heart; the soul of man and reveals what's really in there! That is why some don't like it. They don't want to be told they are sinners in need of a Saviour. They want smooth things taught to them, such as Tolle and Oprah teach that you are without sin and you are holy and don't need a Saviour. WAKE UP people!!!!! This is false teaching! This is NOT of God and doesn't align with his Word.
